First let me talk about the selling aspect with Justin. Justin came to the house and crunched all the numbers with us for us to see what we should expect to profit. After that he took a tour of the house and told us everything we should change/fix to maximize the houses value. 5 days after the house went on the market, we were under contract for asking price with the buyer paying all closing cost and a 14 day sellers possession. Justin's knowledge of knowing what buyers look for helped us make a really nice profit that we were able to put into the new house. The buying aspect of Justin is now the next topic. Justin allowed us to free roam for say while just keeping an eye on us like he has too as a realtor. Not once did we ever feel like Justin was trying to persuade us one way or the other. After viewing the house for an hour, we knew this was the one we wanted. Justin followed us to the nearest restaurant so that way he could type up the offer and have us sign it so that way he could then forward it to the selling agent for the sellers to review.
